This high-intensity event brings all the functional fitness stations of a HYROX race—without the running. Think sled pushes, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, rowing, and more. It’s all about muscle over miles.

Event Overview

All the strength, none of the running.

This isn’t your average workout. Building Champions: HYROX STRONG delivers all the intensity of a HYROX race—without a single step of running.

Athletes will move in waves of 2-4, battling through a strength-focused circuit that includes:

  • Ski Erg
  • Rower
  • Sled
  • Burpees
  • Walking Lunges
  • Kettlebell Carry
  • Wall Balls

Expect maximum effort, mental grit, and a community that pushes you to the finish.

Looking to take your running and fitness to the next level? Whether you’re a HYROX athlete, a beginner looking to improve, or someone who just wants to get stronger and faster, BC HYROX RUN CLUB is for you!
